Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 13, 2026

1. Scope and Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how HyperGo (the “Company”, “HyperGo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our non-custodial iOS application and our websites and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Data controller notice: The entity responsible for personal information under this Privacy Policy (and, where applicable, the “data user” for purposes of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486)) is HYPERGO Limited.

HyperGo is a technology interface that helps users understand and interact with decentralized digital asset markets. The Services do not custody user funds or private keys and do not execute transactions on behalf of users. Users transact through their own wallets and interact directly with third-party decentralized protocols and public blockchains.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party protocols, smart contracts, wallet providers, or on-ramp partners that you may access through the Services (for example, Hyperliquid, Privy, or MoonPay). Those third parties process information under their own policies and terms, and you should review them carefully.

Service availability varies by jurisdiction. Certain features may be restricted or unavailable in some regions, and we may use location and risk signals to enforce those restrictions.

You must not attempt to bypass or evade regional or compliance controls.

2. Important Blockchain Notice

Public blockchains are transparent and immutable. If you choose to submit a transaction, your wallet address, public keys, transaction hash, and other on-chain data may be publicly visible and may be processed by third parties outside of our control. We cannot delete, edit, or control public blockchain data.

3. Personal Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and contact information: such as email address, phone number, username, or other identifiers you choose to provide (including via supported wallet authentication methods).
  • Wallet and blockchain information: such as wallet addresses, public keys, transaction hashes, and on-chain activity that is publicly available or that you direct us to retrieve for portfolio display and trading UX.
  • Trading and portfolio information: such as positions, orders, watchlists, and settings you create in the Services, which may be derived from your wallet and integrated third-party protocols.
  • Device and usage information: such as IP address, device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate location (derived from IP), and diagnostic and performance data (for example, logs and crash reports).
  • Communications: such as information you provide when you contact us for support, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with us.

We do not collect or store your seed phrase, private key material, or wallet recovery phrase. Your wallet provider may process key-related information as part of its service; please refer to your wallet provider’s documentation and policies.

If you choose to use a third-party on-ramp partner, the on-ramp partner processes your fiat payment details and any identity verification (KYC) information directly. We may receive limited information about your on-ramp transaction (for example, status, amount, timestamp, and reference identifiers) to help provide support and improve the Services.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for purposes including to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
  • enable wallet connection and related features, and display market, portfolio, and protocol information you request;
  • personalize content and remember your preferences (for example, watchlists and settings);
  • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
  • determine feature availability by jurisdiction and enforce regional restrictions, including detecting suspected circumvention activity;
  • provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and communicate with you about the Services;
  • analyze usage and performance to improve reliability, UX, and feature design; and
  • comply with applicable laws, enforce our terms, and protect the rights, safety, and property of the Company, users, and others.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

  • At your direction: when you choose to connect a wallet, submit transactions, or use third-party services. In those cases, information may be broadcast to a blockchain network and processed by third parties.
  • Service providers: with vendors and contractors that help us provide the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, customer support, security monitoring, and error reporting), subject to appropriate contractual protections.
  • Third-party partners you choose: such as wallet infrastructure providers (e.g., Privy) and on-ramp providers (e.g., MoonPay), when you choose to use those services.
  • Legal and safety: where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect rights, safety, and property.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets (subject to appropriate confidentiality protections).

We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect certain functionality.

7. International Transfers

We may process and store information in locations where we or our service providers operate. These locations may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we take steps to apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes such as security and fraud prevention. Public blockchain data is retained on-chain independently of the Company.

9. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can also control certain data collection through device and browser settings (for example, managing cookies on the website or notification permissions on iOS).

Account deletion: You can request deletion in the App via Account panel > Account Management > Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your account identifiers and related data (for example, wallet address, device push tokens, alert settings, referral relationships, and discount information). Deletion cannot be undone.

If you use an embedded wallet provided by Privy, deleting your account will permanently remove access to that wallet and any assets held in it. Public blockchain transactions remain on-chain and cannot be deleted by us.

We use Privy as our authentication provider; when you delete your account, we will also request that Privy delete your authentication account.

To submit a request, contact us using the details in Section 13 (Contact).

11. Children

The Services are intended for users aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address the issue.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the update means you have read the updated Privacy Policy.

13. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, contact us at [email protected].
